Ethan Frank

Ethan Frank is the Director of Acquisitions in Manhattan for Hildreth Real Estate Advisors. Ethan oversees all transactions and sets overall investment strategy in Manhattan.

Prior to joining HREA, Ethan Frank specialized in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use assets throughout Manhattan at the Bestreich Realty Group. He executed the sales of 13-15 Christopher Street in Greenwich Village for $11.3MM, 519 East 6th Street in East Village for $5.25MM, and 216 East 50th Street in Turtle Bay for $3.4MM. Additionally, Ethan's advisory services for his clients helped them to improve their property’s performance, by consulting on how to generate more income and reduce expenses while holding.

Prior to joining BRG, Ethan worked as an analyst in HFF’s Atlanta office, where he worked with the capital markets and investment sales teams to conduct extensive market research, underwrite properties, and facilitate large-scale transactions for institutional investors. Ethan’s gregarious personality, mixed with an intense focus and drive make him a trusted partner in business across New York City.

Ethan graduated with a BBA from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.
