Jason Breitstone

Jason Breitstone brings investment experience across multiple asset classes. Prior to co-founding Hildreth Real Estate Advisors, Jason worked for a large single-family office, The Falconwood Corporation where he directly supported the chief investment officer. He also served as an investment analyst where he helped to source, underwrite and grow the firm’s real asset and business investments.

Prior to Falconwood, Jason worked as an analyst directly supporting the Head of Research at Gresham Investment Management, the world’s largest commodities asset manager as measured by institutional assets under management.

Jason also played a role in the business development of several technology companies, operating businesses and a multi-asset liquid alternative fund in partnership with TIAA-CREF and held key advisory roles for several Ultra High Net Worth real estate families where he assisted in structuring, sourcing deals and arranging financing and capital.

Jason received a BA degree in economics from the New York University College of Arts and Sciences.
