Max Padway

Max joined the HREA team in March 2020. He brings operational experience from the tech space as the founder of an OTT streaming platform. Max oversees the growth of the Hildreth proprietary database, new business initiatives, and investor relations.

Prior to his tech venture, Max worked as an analyst on the asset management team at Guidepoint – a leading market research firm. At Guidepoint he collaborated closely with both hedge fund and private equity managers to fill gaps in their research capabilities. During his time at The Benchmark Company – a boutique investment bank and sales & trading firm – Max reported to the Director of Trading & Operations, where he played a key role in their investor services and organizational efficiency.

Max graduated cum laude from the Boston University Questrom School of Business with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance.
